Chemical/Biochemical Precipitation for Wastewater Research

Chemical/Biochemical Precipitation uses chemical/biochemical substances to reduce the solubility of viruses to a degree that allows the virus to precipitate. The technique can be adapted to different volumes. During precipitation, the virus is collected via centrifugation, which can be achieved on several centrifuges from Beckman Coulter Life Sciences.
