Description
From November 28 to December 1, over 300 analytical biotech, pharma and academia professionals will gather in Boston for the 4th Annual Gene Therapy Analytical Development Summit. With four tracks, eight pre-conference workshops and a full slate of interactive panel discussions, this event is poised to provide you with the insight and information you need to overcome analytical challenges encountered throughout the gene therapy development life cycle.
We’re Looking Forward to Seeing You
It’s been a while since we’ve been able to connect in person and we’re looking forward to hearing about the amazing things you’re doing in the lab. We’ve also got some exciting things to show you, notably our new VTi 50.1 vertical rotor. With a 468 mL volume capacity (12 tubes at 39 mL each), it’s the highest-volume vertical rotor on the market today.
We’re Part of the Speaker Lineup
In support of advanced therapies, density gradient ultracentrifugation (DGUC) is now being adapted for analytical purposes and is poised to benefit a wide array of gene therapy and viral vector users where traditional methods may fall short. It’s called density gradient equilibrium analytical ultracentrifugation (DGE-AUC) and with it you can:
- Analyze the equilibrium positions of the species in your sample
- Concentrate particles of equivalent buoyant density into sharp bands
- Easily distinguish and quantify real peaks
On Wednesday, November 30, Akash Bhattacharya, a senior applications scientist here at Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, will tell you all about it in a talk titled Adapting the Power of Density Gradient Separations for Characterizing Viral Vector Fullness.
